Bill Glance and Bryan Glance were blessed with being born and raised in this environment. Bill and Bryan both became licensed contractors and through the combining of their skills and Glance Construction Inc. was born. Glance Construction Inc. has been building dreams for it's clients in Western North Carolina for nearly twenty years.

Bill Glance has been a licensed contractor for nearly twenty years. He holds an unlimited license for residential construction. He believes in quality built homes for a reasonable price. He has based his business and his everyday life on being honest and fair.

Bryan Glance has a business management degree and holds a limited license in residential construction. He has been building for ten years. He believes in being hands on with the clients ensuring that any questions or concerns are dealt with so that the client has a stress free building experience. Bryan is also hands on in the building process from foundation to finish. He believes that at the end of every house the homeowner should have a smile on their face, and he will work endlessly to ensure they do.
